Short version: we collect as little as possible, we don't sell anything about you, and our business model is subscriptions — not your data.
This website is a pre-launch page. If you join the waitlist, we collect the details you submit through our form (email address, first name, and your answer about squad size). The form is operated by Jotform (jotform.com); their processing is covered by their own privacy policy. We use your email solely to tell you about Pact's launch and early access. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing deletes you from the list.
The Pact app will process screen-time information on your device via Apple's Screen Time framework. App-usage totals for the apps you choose to track are shared only with the squad members you choose to join. We will publish a full app privacy policy before launch, and it will honour the same principle: subscriptions, not surveillance.
